Pascal Web Solutions uses information submitted through this website to respond to inquiries, prepare project recommendations, provide service, and keep the website operating. Pascal does not sell personal information submitted through this website.

Information you choose to provide

Quote forms may ask for your name, business name, email address, phone number, existing website URL, what you are looking for, a short description of your business or project, color direction, and preferred colors if you choose to provide them. Free Website Preview requests may also ask about your business type, service area, customer action, style preferences, notes, logo references, and photo references.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, payment-card information, passwords, private customer data, or materials you do not have the right to share.

Technical, referral, and analytics information

Submitted requests may include the page where the form was submitted, the referring page, and recognized campaign or UTM values. The site may also process limited technical information such as browser request data, IP-related request context, device information, and bot-protection signals when needed for delivery, rate limiting, security, analytics, or troubleshooting.

Google Analytics 4 may be used on the public production website only when analytics is configured and indexing is enabled. Pascal’s custom analytics events are designed to avoid sending form names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, website URLs, and free-text project responses.

Service providers

Pascal uses service providers to operate this website. Vercel hosts the website. Resend processes transactional quote-request emails when online request delivery is configured. Google processes analytics information only when Google Analytics 4 is enabled. Cloudflare Turnstile may process bot-protection checks when configured. Website Preview and admin data may be stored in the site’s configured database.

The website does not currently collect payments or payment-card details. If a payment processor is added later, this policy should be updated before payment collection begins.

Website Preview requests

Preview requests and drafted Preview content may be stored in the website’s private database so Pascal can review, edit, approve, and deliver a private Preview. An approved Preview is available through a private, difficult-to-guess link. Anyone with that link may be able to view the Preview, so share it carefully.

Retention

Pascal keeps information as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, manage potential or active client relationships, provide service, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet applicable obligations. Retention may vary based on the type of request, whether a project moves forward, and ordinary business needs.

Security

Pascal uses reasonable measures intended to protect submitted information, but no website, email, database, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid submitting sensitive information through public website forms.
