PROJECT OVERVIEW

A business website with two clear audiences.

NGA Express needed a professional digital presence that could represent its transportation operation clearly, communicate its services, support shipper inquiries, and provide a straightforward path for potential drivers.

Pascal created a responsive business website built around those needs, bringing structure, web design, development, and project imagery into one connected experience.

THE CHALLENGE

One company. Two different visitor needs.

The site needed to present a professional transportation company, make freight services understandable quickly, and support both customer and employment journeys without making either feel secondary.

Shippers needed regional coverage, service information, and clear quote and contact actions. Drivers needed an equally direct route to careers information and the commercial driver application.

The complete experience also needed to hold together on mobile and feel grounded in the real operation rather than generic logistics imagery.

03

THE APPROACH

Structure the website around intent.

Pascal focused the information architecture and visual hierarchy on the next useful step for each visitor.

  1. 01

Organize the site around the main reasons people visit.

  2. 02

Give shippers and drivers distinct, direct pathways.

  3. 03

Make service, quote, contact, and careers actions easy to find.

  4. 04

Use responsive layouts and imagery from the real business.

04

WEBSITE DESIGN

A clear system across the full site.

Large, readable page openings establish context quickly. The supporting layouts keep service information, careers actions, and inquiry flows easy to scan.

SERVICES & BUSINESS STRUCTURE

Freight options made easier to understand.

The service structure helps shippers identify the type of freight support they need, then move directly to a quote or conversation.

SHIPPER EXPERIENCE

A direct path from service question to inquiry.

  • Understand the company and operating focus
  • Review freight services
  • Organize and request a quote
  • Contact NGA Express directly

DRIVER & CAREERS EXPERIENCE

Employment information with a clear next step.

Public careers page and application entry point

The careers experience separates commercial driver opportunities from dispatch and office roles, then guides driver applicants to the public application workflow.

The site explains how to complete, save, and submit the application without displaying applicant information or embedding private documents.

09

BUSINESS PHOTOGRAPHY

Built around the real business.

Original project imagery gives the website a specific, credible visual identity. The trucks, equipment, and carrier details belong to the operation the site represents.

10

MOBILE EXPERIENCE

The same priorities, built for a smaller screen.

The mobile experience keeps service and contact actions visible, preserves readable content, and adapts the same business-first hierarchy for visitors on the road.

  • Compact navigation
  • Readable service content
  • Prominent quote and contact actions
  • Accessible careers and application entry points
11

OUTCOME

A clearer digital presence for customers and drivers.

The finished site gives NGA Express a clearer, more professional digital presence with dedicated pathways for customers and drivers across desktop and mobile.
